ABPM Novel Metrics Analysis System User Guide
1. Load Data
- Use [Use Built-in Example Data] or [Select ABPM CSV File] to load data.
- Check [Data Format Requirements] in the sidebar.
- Preview in the [View Input Data] tab.
2. Define Day/Night Times
- Enter [Daytime Start Time] and [Nighttime Start Time] for Day1/Day2.
- Use [East Asia] or [Western] quick preset buttons.
3. Process Data
- Click the [1. Process Data] button.
- System performs: Cleaning & Validation -> Time Standardization -> Wide Data Conversion -> Linear Interpolation -> Period Segmentation .
- Intermediate data can be viewed in [Processed Data] and [Segmented Data].
- Buttons below are enabled upon success.
4. Set Target Ranges
- Set upper/lower limits for SBP/DBP/HR for [Daytime]/[Nighttime]/[24-Hour (Unified)].
- PP/MAP ranges are optional; if not filled, their TTR/Burden etc. won't be calculated.
- Use [Auto-Calculate PP/MAP Ranges] or [Apply Default Target Ranges].
- To fix custom ranges, click [Save & Lock Custom Ranges].
5. Calculate Metrics
- Click the [2. Calculate Metrics] button.
- The system uses the [Currently Displayed Target Ranges] to calculate the following metrics:
- Daytime Summary
- Nighttime Summary
- 24h (Unified Limits): Uses the 24h unified target range for the entire period.
- 24h (Segmented Limits): Combines daytime and nighttime data, but uses their respective target limits to calculate weighted 24-hour metrics (like TTR, Burden, etc.).
- Results are shown in the [Metric Calculation Results] tab under corresponding sub-tabs, and can be exported.
6. Visualization Analysis
- Select [Patient] and [Metric].
- View in [24h (Unified Limits)] / [24h (Segmented Limits)] / [Daytime] / [Nighttime] tabs:
- Overview & Summary (Based on corresponding calculation results).
- Trend Chart: [24h (Unified Limits)] tab shows unified limit background; [24h (Segmented Limits)] / [Daytime] / [Nighttime] tabs show differentiated day/night limit background.
- Time Distribution Chart (Based on corresponding calculation results).
- Burden Chart (Based on corresponding calculation results).
- Variability Chart (SD/ARV based on corresponding period data, vs reference values).
